This workshop is an empowering and reassuring look at what menopause is, how it’s perceived in our culture and how we can reframe that, what you may experience and when, how you can best prepare for a good (peri)menopause, and how to find trustworthy sources of information to empower your experience. We’ll be busting some menopause myths, proving that knowledge is power, and empowering you to be prepared not scared. If I can also get you excited about life post menopause, I will have done a good job!
