The venue of Insole Court is set in the heart of Llandaff inside Cardiff, which can be easily access through public transport, bikes and walking from the city centre. Please note that there is only disabled parking at the event, with limited availability locally so we would encourage you to use sustainable transport where possible.

10:30 - “Menstrual Health Myth Busting” with Menstrual Health Project
This is your opportunity to chat with Menstrual Health Project team to discuss any concerns surrounding menstrual health and any myths you may have heard. Chatting all topics from heavy periods, menopause and more. We hope it gives you a better understanding of your body and hopefully leave feeling more informed, confident, and educated.
11:30 - “Assisted Dying- understanding the issues” with Ilora Baroness Finlay of Llandaff
Proposals to change the law for doctors to provide lethal drugs to assist a person to end their life are currently being debated. This session will explore the evidence from places that have legalised ‘assisted dying’ (assisted suicide and/or euthanasia), the criteria proposed as eligibility for lethal drugs, and the proposed safeguards against abuse and coercion. It will explore the implications of such legal change on women as patients, as health care providers and as a carer of a disabled child or adult.

14:30 - “Take a Seat by The Lung Club: The support group for women with respiratory conditions.” with Meg Lewis
Navigating respiratory issues as a woman can be overwhelming. Take a seat and have a chat with us; Whilst we explore navigating life as women with misbehaving lungs. Don't wish to chat? Take a seat and just be. We provide a warm welcome to anyone with respiratory issues.
The Lung N Restless is the journey of Meg, a 35year old woman experiencing progressive and incurable Lung disease. A prominent advocate, who has made a significant impact with her work as a lived experience patient within respiratory care. Via a presence on substack, social media and through other media outlets, Meg contributes to important dialogues challenging education and norms around respiratory health. Underpinned by her passionate belief that everyone has the right to live well with disease. She is also the founder of 'The Lung Club', a Cardiff based social club featuring inclusive activities, encouraging movement and wellbeing.

Zena is a positive mindset and confidence coach who helps women transform their lives, to become the fittest, healthiest and happiest versions of themselves and truly find who they are here to be. She took a break from alcohol for more than 3 years ago and as an alcohol free performance coach she is passionate about sharing this secret of my life with others.

There are many ways to access Insole Court through public transport, bikes and walking and where possible we encourage sustainable travel to the festival.

Take in the scenery and explore the local area as part of your visit to Insole Court. The Court is only 1 mile from the Taff Trail. Pedestrian access is available from the North Gate on Fairwater Road (main entrance), the South Gate on Vaughan Avenue and the East Gate on Insole Gardens.

The main cycle routes to Insole Court are:
From Cardiff Bay via the Ely Trail.
From Cardiff city centre via the Taff Trail.

Bike parking is near the Dairy (car park) or in front of the mansion.

Insole Court is approximately a 25 minute bus ride from Cardiff city centre. You can plan your bus or train journey using the Traveline Cymru website or by calling their helpline on 0300 200 22 33.
The nearest buses that operate between Cardiff city centre and Insole Court are:
Cardiff Bus 66 City Centre to Fairwater Route Alight on Fairwater Road at Rookwood Close, walk back 150m to the North gate.
Cardiff Bus 25 City Centre to Llandaff, Llandaff North and Whitchurch Route
Cardiff Bus 62 City Centre to Rhydlafar Route
Cardiff Bus 63 City Centre to Radyr & Morganstown Route
Stagecoach 122 Tonypandy to Cardiff
Stagecoach 124 Cardiff to Maerdy
These stops are 550m from the North Gate on Fairwater Rd. Alight at Llandaff Black Lion, walk up the hill to the traffic lights, turn left into Fairwater Road, and follow the brown signs.

The nearest station is Fairwater. Insole Court is 500m from the Fairwater Road exit. Services are operated by Transport For Wales on the City Line that runs from Coryton to Radyr through the city centre (and in reverse).

Insole Court is located off Fairwater Road in Llandaff and is signposted from Llandaff Village. Don’t forget to check BBC Traffic News and plan your route with the RAC Routeplanner on the day.
Park with care!
Please park with consideration for local residents. We ask you not to park on the highway or grass verges.
Disabled parking
Is available on a first come first serve basis and can be accessed only with a Blue Badge. If there are no spaces free, there is a drop off area that can be used.

There are no car charger points at Insole Court itself but the closest points are in Llandaff village carpark and in Pontcanna fields car park. See the full list of car charging points here.
Parking at Insole Court
We recommend using public transport to get to the festival, although appreciate this may not possible for everyone. There is limited parking around the event. Plan your parking by checking the getting here section below. If you are driving to the venue, we kindly ask you to park with consideration for local residents. Please do not to park on the highway or grass verges. Disabled parking is available on a first come, first serve basis (approximately 30 spaces), a drop-off zone is also available.
