Payment
Payments are taken securely via our website. We do not hold any payment information on our website.
Ticket you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you are your party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. Our contact details are below. Our preferred method to contact you is email, so you should take care to provide a current, valid email address.
An order for tickets is not complete until accepted by us. We try to ensure all prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and we may either cancel the order (in which case you will be refunded the ticket price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid) or give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price.
Cancellations
Cancellation Rights and Refunds
All requests for cancellations should be made via email or in writing.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or postpone the event then you will be contacted by email and offered and alternative date. If this is not possible then you will be given a full refund of the fee paid. Everywoman Festival will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs that have already been incurred.
Unforeseen circumstances
Everywoman Festival makes every effort to ensure that Events run as advertised. However, applicants should be aware that sometimes it may be necessary to change the Event programme times and Speakers without prior notice. Under these circumstances Everywoman Festival will not be liable in anyway for changes made to the event or programme and for any travel or accommodation costs that have already been incurred.

Everywoman Festival is always committed to providing a positive, comprehensive and educational experience for every event delegate.
If you have any requirements that you think we should be made aware of prior to the day, then please do not hesitate to contact a member of the Everywoman Festival Team.
Please note that registration on an event means you are to these terms and conditions. Where delegates do not meet the required entry requirements for workshops Everywoman Festival reserves the right to cancel your place.
NOTE: The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Everywoman Festival’s control the face value of the ticket is refundable.
It is prohibited to make commercial use of any tickets purchased from Everywoman Festival. Any ticket that is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Everywoman Festival may be voided and the holder may be refused entry, or ejected from the venue.
Workshop and Seminars
Audio recorders, cameras and mobile phones may not be used in workshops and seminars.
Any person attending an Everywoman Festival event consents to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience in such instances whereby recording and filming occurs.
NOTE: The management reserves the right to refuse admission to the festival, workshops and seminars.
Some seminars and workshops contain sensitive and personal themes, the management reserve the right to remove delegates from seminars and workshops
