This is aimed at women who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and low confidence which often increase during perimenopause, leaving many women doubting their ability to do many things they previously would have done without concern. Imposter syndrome is very common in women generally and their inner critic can often sabotage their ability to try new things, holding them back from leading a fulfilling life.

In this practical interactive and evidence-based workshop, I’ll explain a simple but powerful model from the field of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, illustrating how our beliefs can directly affect our thoughts, trigger emotions, and affect the actions we take or decide not to take. I’ll then walk them through a simple 6 step tool, which will enable them to spot and challenge negative and sabotaging beliefs and support them to developing more empowering self-talk instead. This is a fundamental foundation to overcoming anxiety and self-doubt and building self-confidence. All participants will be able to take the tool away with them.
