Bean, registered nutritionist, and perimenopause doula. Using her extensive training and experience as a nutritionist, together with an understanding of the psycho-spiritual changes women undergo during perimenopause, Bean supports women through this major transition, so they feel held, well-resourced, and empowered to enter the change in an entirely different and positive way.
