The workshop is aimed towards all women, focusing on different elements of aerial fitness showing different forms of movements and strength through a fun and alternative form of fitness. Boosting self confidence and improving physical fitness in an enjoyable and supportive atmosphere. Aerial fitness is accessible to all women regardless of strength, flexibility and experience and can be adapted to be suitable for all needs. We will cover the basics of aerial hoop, also called lyra hoop, and encourage you to try different moves and shapes in the air.

Kendra Ross & Eleanor Gurr

My name is Kendra Ross, I am an Xpert/ Spin City qualified aerial fitness instructor, gym and dance instructor. I have been teaching a range of different aerial arts for over three years.

My name is Eleanor Gurr, I am a Spin city qualified aerial hoop instructor and have been teaching for over three years.

We both began our journey in aerial fitness whilst at university and have since continued to both take lessons ourselves and teach others, encouraging all women to try a new sport which is beneficial both for the body and mind.
