Emily Elgar

Emily is a Pelvic Health specialist Physiotherapist, with a specialist interest in pelvic painconditions including Endometriosis. Having worked in pelvic health through both NHS primary and secondary care, she moved to private practice in 2016 where she is the clinical lead of Woman Kind Health at @kbellphysiowellness an award-winning physio and wellness clinic-in Sheffield. Her team provides pelvic health wellness that supports and empowers people in their pelvic health journey. Working in physiotherapy for over 15 years, she has seen how conditions like pelvic pain and incontinence can hugely impact women’s lives, Emily diversified her approach to physio therapy including:Qualifying as a life coach to help people embrace their pelvic health and wellness, expanding on her passion for Endometriosis by authoring and publishing ‘Pilates for Endometriosis’ with the APPI health group, for whom she is a master trainer andworking as part of @pelvicpainnetwork , a team of pelvic pain experts working to improve access and quality of care across the UK. Emily brings her coaching skills, passion for pelvic health wellness and love for exercise as medicine into her clinical approach, giving you a unique insight into your pelvic health and wellbeing.
