Don’t just ‘Gin and bear it’ – the art of balance in the age of extremes

Had a bad day... let’s have a drink. Celebrating ... let’s have a drink. Commiserating...let’s have a drink. Sound familiar?

We all lean on alcohol for a variety of reasons–numbing our emotions, taking the edge off a stressful situation, chasing that dopamine high. So, this workshop has been designed to help you understand yourself a little bit better and empower you in making one small positive change that will make a BIG impact on you and your life. Self-awareness is your superpower and moderation is a virtue (so Aristotle said). Sobriety isn’t for everyone (I don’t particularly like the word) and in this session we won’t be beating ourselves up about what has or hasn’t happened, we’ll be acknowledging and focusing on what can be done, and what’s right for you. Together we will:

•Discover the profound benefits of a low or no alcohol lifestyle: mental clarity, improved sleep, healthier decisions, and a happier you, all supported by scientific research.

•Explore the evolving landscape of low/no alcohol alternatives, empowering yourself with knowledge and choices.

•Delve into self-reflection, identify triggers, and create action plans tailored to your journey.

•Uncover strategies to navigate social, emotional, and environmental triggers, transforming them into opportunities for positive change
