This workshop led by Nikki Allford and Annie Hitchman, experts in hormone health, and neurodiversity, delves into the impact of hormones on cognitive function. For women who have spent their lives misdiagnosed and misunderstood explore personal growth hurdles, strategies to overcome obstacles, set boundaries, and transform adversity into assets. This workshop begins with an intro, featuring compelling statistics and exploring the effect on memory, decision making and focus which causes so many women to feel like they don’t know who they are, leading to a 15-minute interactive activity promoting positive self-talk. It will close with a short Q&A. Nikki and Annie will also provide a gift bag for the workshop attendees.
