Coachcei - Ceinwen Seymour is a mum of two with 20 years' experience as a Personal Trainer. In 2017 she decided to complete her pre and postnatal qualification due to becoming a mum herself. Having worked with over 500 mums in Cardiff, her passion lies in helping women rediscover their identity after having had a baby through baby & U fitness classes, mum group pt and one on one pt sessions. The community she has set up has meant that her classes are now all over Cardiff (including insole court) and ever expanding.
