This workshop would be aimed at those looking to move their body in a loving and empowering way. This yoga flow will be suitable for all abilities- offering modifications throughout with a focus on using movement to create a positive & loving relationship with our bodies. Flowing through a gentle warm up, then going into strengthening postures in  flowing matter before finishing off with gentle stretching and a relaxing savasana - this session will be infused with affirmations and taking the time to acknowledge and respect our bodies.
