Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is extremely common, yet often misunderstood and poorlymanaged. I’ve entitled my talk ‘Gripes and Hypes’ to highlight the very real misery of living with IBS, finding empathetic medical care, and the abundance of ever confusing internet misinformation. I hope to empower everyone to better understand this condition and learn to move forwards in a positive direction.
