Sarah Carter

Sarah Alex Carter is a Wellbeing Coach and Consultant who works with busy people who desire to be healthier and happier, without overwhelm and guilt. With her 1:1 coaching, membership and group workshops she supports those who support others, helping them find the time they need to manage and prioritise their own wellness. She is an award nominated wellbeing coach, certified in transformation coaching and has 20 years experience as a qualified teacher. Her clients include the BBC, Cardiff City Football Club, Community Housing Cymru and Propel Finance. Sarah is an international best-selling author of two self-development books.
