Sahir is the name and face behind SAE Pilates and Fitness. Movement has always been an outlet for Sahir but at the age of 40 she moved from a career in accounting to a career in Wellness. Certifying as a Personal Trainer, PilatesTeacher, PelvicFloor Coach and Menopause Coach. She is fiercely passionate about women’s health particularly women in midlife. Often a time where women can become disconnected within themselves and their bodies. Sahir believes every woman can be and should be confident and comfortable in her own body. Physical, mental and emotional health are a necessity not a luxury.
